Plan of life gives us the silence we need to be in contact with God. 

It's like the dike and breakwater placed at the edge of the waters, stopping the turmoil that comes from within and without by putting themselves in the way. Thanks to them, the lake always remains calm, ships do not break their moorings. The hulls do not collide.
