Know which type of conversation you're in

1. Practical conversation:
- what this is really about? How can I help?
2. Emotional conversation 
- how do you feel?
3. Social conversation 
- who we are?

Identify and  match the conversation types to communicate well. 

Ask:
- what do you love about your job?
- what was your high school like?
