- Speak about anything that matters about relationship with God
- if anything has been very distracting, e.g. watching ESPN or football match, can't focus.
- not caring much of plan of life as much as we care about next travel plan
- mention struggles and sins even though it's not a confession 
- family matters
- professional matters 
- apostolic zeal

The chat is one of the most important instrument for our salvation.
