In gifts, it can happen anytime, as long as the person receives. Its the capturing of the wind that doesn't come from own strength.

- important not to be stiff and be limiting 
- don't limit God

Apply this in your apostolate. Capture the wind. Use the gifts of the spirit. Is it wisdom? Fortitude?

Gifts are not optional, it's necessary for one to struggle to be a saint.
