Like attracts like

Thoughts emit frequency that attracts.

You get what you want when you consistently think about the thought.

You keep thinking how bad it is, you will attract the bad things. 
The problem is you focus on things you don't want. 
You keep thinking I won't be late, you will attract lateness. 
When you focus on things with passion, on what you do want, you will get what you want. 
You attract the thoughts you think. You draw everything to yourself, the people, the job, the community, like magnet.
It's not wishful thinking, but a deeper understanding.
An affirmative thought is a hundred times more powerful.
Be aware of your thoughts, choose your thoughts carefully, you are the sculptor with your thoughts.

We think our thoughts are auto pilot, we can't control it. We have 6000 thoughts a day. We can't control thoughts but thoughts cause your feelings. Our feelings signal our thoughts. Good feeling signals that the Thought is good. The fruits of the Spirit is good: joy, peace, hope, charity. 

If you feel bad, then it's gonna bring of our it throughout the day. 
Whatever you're thinking and feeling today is going to create your future. 
A simple shifting of feeling changes your day. As long as you don't allow a moment to get to your mood, and choose not to be affected by it, and get going with good feeling, you will attract goodness

When you feel down, you block and change the tune, look at a happy image, remember the love and goodness in your life, and you change the outlook and your future.  
 
Steps of the creative process:
1. What do you want. Ask! #thequestionis
2. Believe that it's already yours 
- the problem is we can't see how it will manifest
- we don't need to know how, but it will be shown to you #faith
3. Receive 
- begin to feel that you have receive it 
- have that good feeling that you have already possessed it and got it

We ask how long will we get what we want? It's more of being in alignment with the universe (God). The grass grows without worries. 

Try to ask with something small. E.g. a conversation with old friend or a cup of coffee. 

A lot of people feel stuck by the current circumstance, but it's only the current reality. But it can change. You need to first change your thinking. 
(That's why we pray in the morning, we align the best of our thoughts with God's).

Don't be a residual outcome of your past action. All that we are is a result of what we have in our thought. 

Shifting process:
1. Gratitude
- shift what we dont have to what we have 
- appreciation pulls things more 
- every morning, say thank you, and feel good about the day. 

2. Visualise 
- when you visualise, then you materialise 
- it's true, it's what we do in drama production 
- it's running a race in your mind 
- if you have been there in your mind, you will be there in the body 
- but how does it happen? That's not the question. The how will show up in the thought that you are in making.
