1. Building interior order, realigning priorities. 

2. Use this retreat to have Graces for the next 12 months

- Matthew 5 on beatitude, Matthew 25 on last judgement, 1 Cor 30 on charity, Rom 12 on danger of worldliness, Rom 8 on divine filiation, letter of James 

1 Cor 16: 13 - be watchful, stay firm in your faith, be courageous, stay strong.

> To be on guard, to guard my heart, to guard my norms (against frivolities, against excessiveness of others - how we want to prolong our enjoyment, our friend catch up, from 1h to 2h..)

1 Cor 16:14 - let all you do be done in love.

My life to is love my wife..

How much I have failed in this...

Wife - job, family, husband, grow more iny family life 

> Pray with her, one memore, or one hail Mary at the end of the day.

> After mass, pray tgtr

> Naturalness, yes, but let's not forget spiritual intimacy is important as well.

Alastair - family, pray for your wife conversion? 

Terence - work, mum conversion, personal growth, vocation , rciy.

To have priest support when I'm doing circles/ another meditation / recollection/confession  + communion. 

Meditation for couples + communion + confession? Exegesis of Amoris Laetitia or catechesis of the family. 

We need carry the environment within ourselves, and not be influenced by the surrounding environment. 

Spiritual life isn't "I don't want to sin", but to desire God as my last end. I want to love God with all my heart and soul, and in all my circumstances. 

Take care of sensuality. 

Lukewarmness. It prevents us from being great as we can be.

Spirit of mortification. It's important to raise this in the chat.
