Mortify each and every of the sense, surrendering them to love. Sight. Why look around if you truly carry 'the world' within you?

Train the senses, train the spiritual muscles, if not it will become flabby, and when big temptation arise, you will fall. 

Little things that won't harm your health but will keep you on fire.

Motive for mortification? Atonement, reparation, petition, Thanksgiving, as a means of progress: for you, for me, for the family, for the country, for the church..and thousands more.
