We keep moving that we forget where we are standing I am standing on the cross and resurrection of christ 

What is the mission of the Church? The mission of the Church is that the Church be 'the universal sacrament of salvation,'  - "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations My mission must be that aligned to the church - to be a sacrament (a visible sign of grace of Jesus) - personal holiness: to be like a fan, to spread the wind of christ  > in our marriage and family  > in our work relationship    - personal apostolate = friendship, not preaching.  - the kingdom of God is like a woman who was making 3 measures of flour and adding leaven  - it's a lot of flour. To be a small leaven  - the leaven must be mixed very well in order to make bread. It is messy, and it needs a lot of effort so that yeast is in Contact fully with the dough. Likewise, we need to enter that messiness, that effort. Bread is made at home. Jesus very naturally stepped into our boat as he taught the crowds. Likewise, let's examine  - have I stepped into other people boats? Are they natural? Why not? What's stopping you? Fear of complicating one's life? False privacy?

Love for God and love for others are so closely united that, “in any act of fraternity, the head and the heart often cannot distinguish whether it is a matter of service to God or service to our brothers and sisters, because, in the second case, what we are doing is serving God twice over.” The understanding that is born of love also allows us to see others’ defects and faults; thus we understand people both with their positive and negative qualities. And we can be sure – love sees this, because it is very wise – that the positive points outweigh the negative ones. In any case, what is negative is not a reason for separation, but for prayer and offering help; if possible, for more affection; and, if needed, for fraternal correction.

To listen with obedience to the voice of God requires building up a resistance to all the other voices that compete for our attention.
